My main focus is occupational health psychology, specifically work-related psychosocial risk factors and their impact on health, well-being, and performance. Specific topics of interest are job stress, mobbing/bullying, workaholism, work engagement, and interventions aimed at developing managerial competencies to protect/promote employee well-being.
